Last year for Christmas I wanted customized gifts for my friends...all i had were pictures...They took those pictures... and showed me concepts.. The finished products were phenomenal. My friends loooved them. The customer service was exceptional. They were fast. They also shipped to multiple places. Awful customer service. I ordered a shirt two weeks before Christmas 2019, to this day I have not received my shirt.... Contacted the owner via messenger, she stopped responding to my messages. Contacted her via text message, she claimed she sent it but would double check when she got back to her office and will contact me. She never contacted me, so I reached out to her but she never responded. Its a loss I have to take. Maybe, others will have a better experience.read more
